Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)

  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment metrics

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

  • Stay up-to-date on hiring trends and market insights to improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • Malaysian nationality

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
