Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Influencer Marketing to join our team in Albania. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Mexican market and a passion for creating strategic influencer partnerships to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will manage influencer relationships, campaigns, and collaborations, working closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in Mexico.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers (micro and macro) across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, manage influencer budgets, and ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and the evolving influencer landscape in Mexico.
• Create detailed reports on influencer campaigns, including ROI, KPIs, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure influencer marketing efforts align with brand messaging, values, and target audience.
• Work cross-functionally with product, creative, and sales teams to support larger marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of the influencer landscape in Mexico.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing tools and social media analytics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing marketing trends.
• Experience in executing paid collaborations, affiliate marketing, and organic influencer campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and social media management platforms.
