LESTARS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

Role & Responsibilities:

- Use advanced search techniques to identify and reach out to passive candidates in the market.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, blockchain developers) and business roles (e.g., compliance, product managers).

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.

- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide consultation on recruitment strategies.

- Organize and participate in interviews, both online and in-person, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.

- Administer technical assessments or case studies for roles that require specific skill sets.

- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the right fit for the company's culture and business needs.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in I-Gaming, Fintech, and IT, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and emerging skill sets.

- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online forums to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote employer branding initiatives.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate) to optimize the recruitment process.

- Generate reports on recruitment activity and candidate pipeline progress for management.

- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including liaising with HR and relevant departments.

Requriements:
- Familiarity with the specific job roles and technologies in I-Gaming, Fintech, and IT solutions, such as blockchain, AI, payment systems, and software development.
- Must be Portuguese/ Spanish Speaker
- Experience in talent mapping and recruitment marketing.
