Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support players and ensure a seamless gaming experience. The ideal candidate will handle player inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced I-Gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist players with account issues, payments, and game-related inquiries.
  • Identify and report technical issues to relevant teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of games, promotions, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the I-Gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and additional languages (Spanish and Chinese) are plus.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Able to work in flexible timing (Shift rotation)
