Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and implementation of user growth strategy, through multiple channels (such as placement, community, fission, task system, etc.) to achieve the pull new and conversion;
planning and implementation of fission activities, pull new incentive mechanism, referral system, and other growth plays, monitor the effect and continuous optimization;
establish and maintain the core index system of user growth. Establish and maintain the core index system of user growth, such as conversion rate, CAC, retention rate, LTV, etc., and produce regular growth analysis reports; Collaborate with product, data, technology, and design teams to promote the landing of growth features (such as newbie guidance, sharing mechanism, and optimization of buried points);
Act as the leader of A/B testing and growth experiments, and constantly explore and validate different strategies and paths. Explore and validate the impact of different strategies, paths, and copywriting on growth;
Focus on the growth strategies of the market and competitors, refine replicable and successful methods, and build a growth engine suitable for your own product.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in growth operation, experience in growth of internet platform/tool/game products is preferred;
has a systematic knowledge structure of user growth, and has a deep understanding of user fission, conversion funnel, and user tiering;
is proficient in the use of Excel, Looker Studio, SQL or other BI tools, with good data sensitivity;
has complete experience in planning and executing growth projects, and is able to independently complete strategy design, execution management, and effect review;
has a flexible mindset, strong goal orientation, and good cross-departmental communication and project promotion skills; has the ability to promote TikT. Ability to push forward;
Experience in TikTok / Meta / Google Ads placement is preferred, and successful experience in low-cost growth is a plus.
