We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with influencer marketing experience, based in Albania. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Spanish-speaking market and a passion for driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through strategic influencer partnerships. This is a full-time office-based position where you will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in marketing strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related fields.
• 2-4 years of influencer marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
(Language and other requirements):
Malaysian, hardworking, proficient in English, and able to communicate in Chinese normally is required.

• 与社交媒体和内容团队协作,确保网红营销活动与整体营销目标一致。
• 紧跟社交媒体趋势、平台更新以及西语国家网红市场的变化。
• 撰写详细的网红营销活动报告,包括投资回报率(ROI)、关键绩效指标
(KPI)和互动数据。
• 确保网红营销策略与品牌信息、价值观及目标受众一致。
• 跨部门与产品、创意和销售团队合作,支持更大的市场营销计划。

(Job Responsibilities):
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategy to increase brand awareness in Spanish-speaking countries.
• Find and contact relevant influencers (both small and large) across multiple social media platforms
(Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analize the performance of influencer marketing campaigns and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with social media and content teams to ensure influencer marketing campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and changes in the influencer market in Spanish-speaking countries.
• Write detailed influencer marketing campaign reports, including return on investment (ROI), key performance indicators
(KPIs), and engagement data.
• Ensure influencer marketing strategy is aligned with brand messaging, values, and target audience.
• Work across departments with product, creative, and sales teams to support larger marketing plans.
