We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Operation Specialist to join our I-Gaming marketing team in On-site São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media operations, content localization, community engagement, and performance tracking across multiple platforms to increase user acquisition and brand awareness in the Brazilian market.
Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube.
Localize and adapt global content strategies to fit the Brazilian audience and gaming culture.
Monitor and engage with followers, influencers, and gaming communities in real time.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure timely publishing of high-quality content.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends, competitor activity, and local gaming culture to innovate content approaches.
Support customer engagement through social platforms and handle inquiries, feedback, and reputation management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media operations, preferably in the I-Gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
Native-level Portuguese and proficient English (spoken & written).
Deep understanding of the Brazilian social media landscape and user behavior.
Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Strong communication, content planning, and community management skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with international teams.
