Job Responsibilities
- Expansion and maintenance of recruitment channels within the target market;
- Timed and regular posting, updating and collection of information for each demanded position, etc;
- Regularly screen and sift candidates' resumes and complete resume referrals in the first instance.
- Maintain immediate communication with the responsible hiring department to ensure the necessity and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Always cooperate with other colleagues in the department to achieve the recruitment work.
Job Requirements
- At least two years' experiences in recruitment
- English is the first language
- Skilled in the use of major international mainstream recruitment channels, especially good at the development and application of recruitment channels in the European market.
- Have a very proactive sense of communication and the ability to take the initiative in solving work problems.
- Focus on the output of work results, have a sense of team cooperation and collaboration, etc.
