Job Responsibilities

  • Expansion and maintenance of recruitment channels within the target market;
  • Timed and regular posting, updating and collection of information for each demanded position, etc;
  • Regularly screen and sift candidates' resumes and complete resume referrals in the first instance.
  • Maintain immediate communication with the responsible hiring department to ensure the necessity and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Always cooperate with other colleagues in the department to achieve the recruitment work.

Job Requirements

  • At least two years' experiences in recruitment
  • English is the first language
  • Skilled in the use of major international mainstream recruitment channels, especially good at the development and application of recruitment channels in the European market.
  • Have a very proactive sense of communication and the ability to take the initiative in solving work problems.
  • Focus on the output of work results, have a sense of team cooperation and collaboration, etc.
