Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and gathering feedback
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications:
    • FLUENT IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH IS MUST
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in IT industry
    • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
