Recruiter Chinese Speaking 招聘专员
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and gathering feedback
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Qualifications:
- FLUENT IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH IS MUST
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in IT industry
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
