The Accounting Specialist is responsible to prepare regulating and authenticating financial transactions, maintain a ledger to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks. In addition, the accountant can expect to handle multiple tasks with deadlines, have capacity of independent thinking, and open mind to take challenges

1、Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable entries and ledgers

2、Prepare financial reports for manager review

3、 Handle VAT filing and co-work with CPA firm for CIT filing

4、 Perform month-end closing activities and prepare annual financial statements

5、 Assist in full set of accounts with accounting schedules

6、 Intercompany transaction process

7、 Support in ad-hoc projects as required by the Manager

8、 Bank related matter
