(岗位工作职责 Job Responsibilities):

1. 定向市场内招聘渠道的拓展和维护;Expansion and maintenance of

recruitment channels within the target market;

2. 各需求岗位的定时、定期发布、更新和资料收集等;Timed and regular

posting, updating and collection of information for each demanded

position, etc;

3. 定期筛选、筛查人选简历,并第一时间完成简历推荐工作;Regularly screen

and sift candidates' resumes and complete resume referrals in the

first instance;

4. 即时保持与所负责用人部门的沟通,确保招聘工作开展的必要性和有效性;

Maintain immediate communication with the responsible hiring

department to ensure the necessity and effectiveness of the

recruitment process;

5. 时刻配合部门其他同事达成招聘工作等。Always cooperate with other

colleagues in the department to achieve the recruitment work.
