Job Description of Customer Service

- Handle and respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide real-time assistance to players on issues related to account management, game rules, deposits, withdrawals, and technical difficulties.

- Assist customers with verification processes, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols and payment validations.

- Troubleshoot issues, ensuring that customers have a smooth gaming experience by resolving problems related to technical glitches, game functionality, or account discrepancies.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments (technical support, fraud prevention, etc.) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

- Offer proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Engage with players in a way that promotes player retention, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

- Build strong relationships with high-value players by providing personalized support, understanding their preferences, and offering tailored assistance
